Whether you’re a casual outdoor recreationalist or year-around mountain guide, we all need ongoing education and practice to keep our wilderness medicine skills sharp. After years of observing and evaluating student knowledge and skill retention, in addition to reviewing feedback from your course evaluations, we at Desert Mountain Medicine have worked together to create this necessary continuing education.
And so, we are thrilled to introduce you to the Desert Mountain Medicine Alumni Project! This program is designed to help you maintain your skills and knowledge as well as update you on changes to wilderness medicine protocols between your certifications. These educational tools will be available for you to participate in at your own pace. We will be continually adding to this available content, so, if there’s something you’d like to see covered, just let us know.
Whether it’s a personal or professional outing, we want you to be ready when the situation calls for your expertise!

Yours in Wilderness,
