Course Information
The Wilderness EMT is a 3 week intensive course that consists of an urban Emergency Medical Technician course and an 80-hour Hybrid Wilderness First Responder course.
Upon successful completion, students will receive authorization to test for the NREMT cognitive examination.
Once students receive their EMT-Basic NREMT certification or license, they will subsequently receive a Wilderness EMT certification valid for 3 years.
