Course Info
This is a Hybrid Wilderness First Responder course with 30 hours of self-paced, online work followed by 50 hours or 5 days in person learning. The online section is available on Canvas® approximately one month before the classroom section begins and consists of reading, case studies, videos, animations, and quizzes. The online material must be completed by the start date of the classroom section.
Registration Information
This course is taking place about 20 minutes southwest of Blue Diamond, Nevada, which is just outside Las Vegas. Camping is available on site for an extra cost, and free dispersed camping is plentiful in the area.
