The 2-day (16-hour) Wilderness First Aid (WFA) course includes basic life support (CPR infant/child/adult & AED), Wilderness Anaphylaxis Training (WAT) and covers injuries and illnesses common when traveling or working in the backcountry.
This is a WFA that highlights topics relevant to trail runners and endurance athletes of all types. All are welcome in the course, there will be a focus on topics that are more prevelant with endurance sports.
