Course Info:
This is a Hybrid Wilderness First Responder Recertification Course with 8 hours of self-paced, online work followed by 16 hours or 2 days in person. The online section is avaialble on CANVAS approximately one month before the classroom section begins and consists of reading, case studies, videos, animations and quizzes.
The online material must be completed by the start date of the in-person, practical field section.
This course will take place 100% outdoors at Indian Creek Falls Group Site, a group campground located in Bears Ears National Monument. Lodging (camping) is included in the course cost. Check-in starts at 6:30 PM on April 11th and check-out is at 11:30 AM on April 14th. Click here for more Information about the campsite.
